      When disputes arise, I help clients get the results they deserve. An experienced trial attorney with real world business experience, I prosecute and defend lawsuits involving commercial contracts, closely held business disputes, leases, and a variety of other substantive matters.

    • Biography

      For over 20 years Kevin has been partnering with clients to help them succeed. Kevin graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University in 2000 and went on to graduate from Harvard Law School in 2003.


      Kevin began his career at Bird, Loechl, Brittan and McCants, an elite boutique law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2007, he joined McGuireWoods in the Intellectual Property/Commercial Litigation Group. While at McGuireWoods he represented some of the largest companies in America. In 2011, Kevin left McGuireWoods to start the Watters Law Firm.


      Kevin is married to the love of his life, Mary Katherine. They reside in Southlake, Texas with their three children, Benjamin, William and Katherine.
